We endeavour to regularly maintain and update this site, keeping it in complete operating order and error free.
We take all practicable steps as far as is reasonably possible to prevent the introduction of viruses but we cannot guarantee that our site, or any others we give access to is virus free.
We respect your privacy, complying with UK Data Protection legislation. All personal details submitted by you will only be used in connection to ‘Phil Nicholls Photography’ and not disclosed to any third party without your permission, other than for the purposes of the transaction.

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate an individual’s access to this site for any reason.
You are not permitted to use any of the material or content of this site for any commercial purposes without our permission. Any image purchased is for personal use only and carries no rights in relation to copyright, or other intellectual property rights.
All images contained on this site are © Phil Nicholls only and will remain so in perpetuity.
We aim to make sure any unavailable images are marked accordingly but you accept there may be instances where availability status could differ from that shown. In this instance we reserve the right, at our discretion, not to process your order.
Pricing
All prices are set by ‘Phil Nicholls Photography’ and published on this website. We reserve the right to vary prices at our discretion.
Payment
Payment may be made by credit/debit card or through a PayPal account (all transactions will be handled by PayPal).
Refunds
Refunds available at the discretion of ‘Phil Nicholls Photography’.
Any refunds will be subjected to a 5% fee to cover banking charges and administration costs.
If you have ordered from outside the UK and you decide to cancel this order, we cannot be held responsible or liable for any devaluation of funds refunded to you due to exchange rate fluctuation.
Postage & Packaging
All prints are carefully packed in protective plastic and sent in a strong cardboard tube or box. Post and packaging costs will be added to each order (make link to about prints page).
Dispatch
Please allow 30 days for delivery after placing your order. In the event of any expected delay we will inform you by email.
If your print is damaged please return it in the original packaging along with a copy of the delivery note. The original edition number will be destroyed and a replacement made.
